Hi, I’m Chef Kimi! After years of working in the culinary industry, i’ve narrowed my focus to the thriving food community of Skagit Valley, WA. I absolutely love to bring people together at the table and highlight the farmers, fisherman, and producers who are able to make our eating events possible. I believe in real food and collaboration and long tables.
My other love is teaching cooking classes focused on everything from basic skills to canning and preserving.
