Kimi is a culinary specialist, well-versed in the intricacies of the food world from source to plate. She maintains a strong social media presence and has helped many food companies and business increase their sales, refine their menus, and dial in their sustainable sourcing logistics plan. Kimi's passion for food began years before attending culinary school and she has spent almost 15 years fostering a passion for the craft. Since then, she's worked in many aspects of the culinary world: as a restaurant chef, personal chef, University professor, nutritionist, culinary consultant, director of food logistics, sales representative, consultant, and more. Each culinary-related position has broadened her perspective into the food world, and has provided her with a true understanding of the many aspects and challenges that modern day chefs may encounter during their culinary endeavors.

Jake Schell has been a Professional Architect for over 15 years, and has an exquisite eye for detail and entertainment. He also happens to be the husband of Chef Kimi and she claims that Eat Well Adventures’ events would not work without Jake’s amazing and warm hosting skills and ability to keep everyone laughing and thoroughly enjoying their experience to the fullest.
